About the Role

As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in supporting patients throughout their healthcare journey. You will work collaboratively with doctors, allied health professionals, and administrative staff to provide protected, effective, and evidence-based care while promoting positive patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct patient assessments, screening, and clinical observations.
Provide high-quality nursing care in accordance with clinical protocols and qualified standards.
Support patient treatment plans and ongoing care management.
Deliver patient education and health promotion activities.
Coordinate patient appointments, referrals, and follow-up care.




Maintain accurate and compliant clinical documentation.
Participate in quality improvement and clinical governance activities.
Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
Ensure compliance with AHPRA standards, privacy legislation, and organisational policies.

About You

Essential Requirements
Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse (no restrictions)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong clinical assessment and decision‑making abilities
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
High level of professionalism, empathy, and patient focus
Robust organisational and time management skills

Desirable
Experience in primary healthcare, chronic disease management, telehealth, or care coordination
Experience with electronic medical record systems
Knowledge of Medicare and healthcare compliance requirements
