Key Responsibilities
Order, receive, and manage automotive parts inventory.
Maintain accurate stock levels and inventory records.
Monitor parts demand and replenish stock as required.
Coordinate with suppliers and monitor backorders.
Process parts purchasing, invoices, and related documentation.
Ensure efficient workflow between parts, workshop, and customer service departments.
Assist with stock takes and inventory audits.
Maintain a clean, organised, and efficient parts storage area.
Support warranty and service-related parts documentation where required.
Identify opportunities to improve inventory efficiency and reduce excess stock.

Requirements
Minimum 5 years’ experience in an automotive Parts Interpreter, Parts Manager, Inventory Controller, or similar role.




Solid understanding of automotive parts and workshop operations.
Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced workplace.
Experience within a dealership environment.
Knowledge of EV and hybrid vehicles.
Parts inventory management and purchasing experience.
Experience with warranty administration.
