Australian Military Bank is seeking a part-time Complaints Officer (20 hours) to support the Internal Dispute Resolution process from initial assessment to resolution, delivering a fair and timely member experience.

You will manage complaints, communicate with members both verbally and in writing, and keep accurate records in our Risk & Compliance system while escalating complex or high-risk matters to the Complaints Manager. Adaptable schedule and work from home are available.
