The Caledonian Hotel Echuca is seeking a skilled Bar Manager to lead the night and weekend team and ensure smooth venue operations. You will oversee daily activities, maintain a skilled workplace, and manage cash handling, opening/closing procedures, and TAB-related tasks.

Ideal applicants bring experience supervising a team, solid leadership and communication skills, and reliability. RSA and cellar experience are required; TAB experience is valued but not essential.
