Safewill is hiring a Growth Marketing Specialist in Sydney to own hands-on paid media campaigns across search, social, and programmatic. You will build reporting, set up dashboards, and decide what to scale, fix or retire based on real data rather than dashboards alone.

You'll work with Product and Design on landing pages and CRO tests, and partner with our commercial team on partnership campaigns. This is a growth-focused role with a explicit path to strategic ownership.
