About the Role

As Store Manager, you’ll oversee the day-to-day operations of a busy retail food store. You’ll lead and motivate your team, ensure exceptional product presentation, maintain high service standards, and take pride in creating a welcoming and professional store setting. A solid coffee focus is part of the role — from managing coffee service to ensuring consistent quality and efficiency.

You’ll take ownership of the store’s performance and be supported by a leadership team who value initiative, professionalism, and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing retail team
Maintain exceptional store presentation and uphold product and coffee quality standards




Oversee daily coffee operations and support staff training to deliver consistent results
Manage stock levels, ordering, and visual merchandising
Handle rostering, training, and performance management
Drive sales and ensure store targets are achieved
Foster a positive, supportive team setting
Deliver outstanding customer service with a hands-on approach

About You:

We’re looking for someone who brings:
At least 2 years’ experience in retail or hospitality management
Excellent leadership and communication skills
A proactive, organised and hands‑on approach
Solid coffee knowledge or barista experience
A genuine passion for quality food, coffee and great service
A positive attitude and ability to motivate a team
