Goulburn Motor Group is seeking a friendly Service Advisor to be the main contact for our automotive service customers. You will work with the workshop team to keep customers informed and ensure each visit runs smoothly.

In this role you will welcome customers, manage bookings, record vehicle concerns clearly, explain repairs and estimates, and coordinate with technicians to keep progress updates flowing. Robust customer service and communication skills are essential.
