We are currently seeking an Accountant to join our team Llara Tax and Accounting. The position is full time, 38 hours per week. For the successful candidate a salary of $75,000 to $80,000 per annum + superannuation will be offered.
Manage all accounting transactions, including accounts payable and receivable
Reconcile accounts and resolve financial discrepancies
Prepare balance sheets, profit and loss statements, budgets, and financial reports
Prepare tax returns and ensure timely ATO lodgements
Administer payroll and superannuation
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
Prepare financial models, forecasts, and cash flow reports
Analyse financial data, trends, costs, and business performance
Monitor and control expenses, pricing, budgets, and cost efficiency
Prepare monthly revenue and expenditure reports and analyse variances




Provide financial insights and advice to directors to support business decisions
Identify process improvements and prospects to improve business efficiency
Compile and present financial information and performance reports to directors

Qualifications and Requirements:
Relevant qualifications
1 year experience required
Solid attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
Knowledge of accounting software.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
