Job Description
Lead the preparation of statutory financial statements and external reporting requirements
Oversee month-end and year-end financial accounting processes
Manage technical accounting matters and provide expert accounting advice
Coordinate internal and external audit activities
Drive improvements across financial controls, governance, and compliance frameworks
Lead and mentor finance specialists within a collaborative team workplace
Partner with senior stakeholders to support informed decision-making
Contribute to process improvement initiatives and finance transformation projects




Ensure the integrity and accuracy of financial information across the organisation

The Successful Applicant

You'll be a technically strong accounting professional who combines attention to detail with the ability to influence and lead others.

Ideally you'll bring:
CA or CPA qualification
Robust financial accounting and statutory reporting experience
A background within government, large corporates, or other complex organisations
Experience managing audits and navigating technical accounting issues
Proven leadership or team management capability
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
A proactive mindset with a passion for continuous improvement
