Oaks Cypress Lakes Resort and Elysia Wellness Retreat is seeking a passionate Commis Chef – Breakfast on a casual basis in Mount View, NSW. Join our kitchen team to support the breakfast service, ensuring high-quality dishes and a memorable dining experience for guests.

Key duties include opening preparation, station setup, maintaining food safety, developing menu items, and effective communication between Front and Back of House. Training will be provided to support ongoing kitchen operations.
