Sydney Supports is seeking a dedicated Disability Support Worker for a long-term contractor role in Neutral Bay. You will work one-to-one with a participant ~30 hours per week, with potential for 35–38 hours if it aligns with the participant’s needs.

This position offers consistent hours and independence as a contractor. You will provide daily living support, assist with routines, cooking, household tasks and transport to activities, while building a solid, trust-based relationship with the
