Oscars Group is seeking an experienced Assistant Venue Manager for Pepe’s on the Beach at Novotel Wollongong Northbeach. You will oversee day-to-day operations across restaurant and gaming, lead service on the floor and model high standards of guest experience while supporting the broader management team.

This hands-on leadership role requires RSA/RCG/ARCG (or willingness to obtain), robust communication, problem-solving and a genuine hospitality focus.
