We're looking for an energetic, organised and reliable Leasing Agent to join our Rentals team at Harcourts ASAP.

This role is predominantly on the road, so if you enjoy a bit of variety, can manage your own day and don't mind getting your steps in while inspecting properties - keep reading!

What You'll Be Doing

No two days will look exactly the same, but your day-to-day will include but not limited to:
Conducting Routine Inspections across our managed portfolio
Completing Entry Condition Reports
Completing Final/Vacate Inspections
Conducting Open for Inspections and private property viewings
Meeting and assisting prospective renters
Finalising and preparing keys for new tenancies
Collecting and returning property keys throughout the day
Completing inspection reports accurately and on time
Sending end-of-day updates and correspondence
Reporting maintenance or property concerns identified during inspections




Working closely with our Property Managers and wider Rentals team
Jumping in and helping the team when needed - because we're all in this together!

Who We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who is:
Friendly, confident and comfortable meeting current people
Organised and able to manage a busy schedule
Reliable and punctual
Comfortable working independently
A solid communicator
Detail-oriented - you'll be our eyes and ears out on the road!
Positive, proactive and willing to learn
Comfortable using technology and property management systems
Someone who enjoys being part of a fun, supportive team

A current driver's licence is essential for this role.
