The Aster House cafe & Dining is seeking an experienced and passionate full time chef to join our growing team. We are looking for someone who can play a key role in food preparation, cooking and maintaining high culinary standards.
Responsibilities and Duties
Participating in recipe and menu development
Food Preparation
Ordering
Training Junior staff
complying with all food health and safety requirements
Other Requirements
Must have Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery
At least 2 years of relevant experience as a chef
Other Requirements
Must be able to work on weekends and rotating roster.
Must be a robust team player and able to work in a busy setting.

Passionate about providing high quality of food service.
