About the Role:

Join MadeComfy by Prism and play a key role in transforming short-term rental experiences for property owners and investors.

This role is ideal for someone coming from real estate, property, or hospitality or from high-performing B2C/ B2B sales settings such as SaaS, fintech, or rapid-growing startups, who thrives in a target-driven, consultative sales role.





What You’ll Be Doing
Manage inbound enquiries → qualify → present → close
Convert property owners into signed management clients
Advise on pricing, yield, and rental performance
Build and manage your own pipeline
Consistently hit revenue and listing targets
Collaborate with onboarding & operations teams

What We’re Looking For

4- 9 years in BDM / Sales

Experience in one or more of the following:
Property / Real Estate / Developer sales (preferred)
Short-term rentals / Hospitality / Travel
B2C/B2B Sales/ Fintech / Payments
High-growth, sales-driven startups or service-based businesses

Proven ability to:
Close deals
Manage a sales pipeline
Hit revenue targets

Robust communication & relationship-building skills

Highly Regarded
Experience working with property owners / investors
Knowledge of Airbnb / short-term rental market
