Eastern Health is seeking a Grade 4 Pharmacist to lead pharmacy services at Blackburn Public Surgical Centre and to oversee perioperative medicines across the health service. The role combines clinical work with supervision of pharmacists and technicians, ensuring protected and high-quality pharmaceutical care.

You will manage resources, align with AdPha guidelines, and work with Associate Program Directors to shape service delivery in operating theatres and clinics.
