Seymour College is seeking an experienced Senior Years Pastoral Care Leader (Clan Guardian) to lead and coordinate wellbeing initiatives for students in Years 10–12. This acting capacity role includes a teaching component and close collaboration with homegroup teachers and families.
You will mentor student leaders, oversee clan activities and contribute to school events while maintaining pastoral records and supporting student wellbeing and engagement.
