What You’ll Be Doing
Cook and present high-quality dishes with attention to detail




Contribute to the development and refinement of recipes and techniques
Assist with day-to-day kitchen operations, ensuring readiness and preparation
Follow instructions, delegate small tasks and cross-check completion
Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and record-keeping
Monitor stock and assist with inventory management
Support productivity, teamwork and positive kitchen culture
Assist with food cost reporting and wage control under guidance

What You Bring
Minimum 1 year experience as a Commis Chef (quick-paced kitchen preferred)
Genuine passion for cooking, learning and delivering memorable experiences
A positive, proactive and team-focused attitude
Ability to work efficiently under pressure
Good understanding of food safety standards and kitchen hygiene
Strong communication and willingness to support others
Desire to grow within a successful restaurant group
Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery OR at least 3 years’ experience (preferred)
Experience with Southeast Asian cuisine is highly regarded — but not essential if you have the right attitude!
