Mills Oakley is seeking a Senior Associate to join our national Charities and Purpose-Driven Institutions team, based in Sydney. You will work alongside Vera Visevic on a range of matters including corporate governance and tax endorsements for charities, with a focus on not-for-profit sector work.

The successful candidate will bring 5+ years' PQE in NFP, charity, corporate, commercial or tax law, and a proven ability to translate complex issues into explicit advice for clients.
