Occupational Therapist – Paediatrics (NDIS)
High Autonomy Role
Square One Therapy Hub
Square One Therapy Hub is a small, family-owned allied health clinic supporting children and families through the NDIS. We've built Square One around one easy idea: excellent therapy happens when clinicians are supported, trusted, and well.
We are seeking an Occupational Therapist with at least one year of experience who is confident working independently and ready to take ownership of the occupational therapy service within our clinic.
Why This Role Is Different
This is not a corporate, KPI-heavy role. At Square One, you'll benefit from:
True clinical autonomy – shape your caseload, session structure, and therapy approach.
Small, family-owned clinic where decisions are made quickly and clinically.
Quality over quantity philosophy with realistic caseloads.
Wellness days built in – because clinician wellbeing genuinely matters.
Regular team lunches and connection time – we value culture, not just productivity.
The Role
Provide paediatric occupational therapy services to NDIS participants and private paying clients.
Independently manage your own caseload.
Complete assessments, therapy planning, progress reports, and NDIS documentation.
Clinical areas may include functional capacity assessments,
sensory processing, fine and gross motor skills, self-care, regulation, and school participation (based on your strengths).
Liaise with families, schools, support coordinators, and other stakeholders.
Collaborate closely with Speech Pathology and Physiotherapy colleagues while maintaining skilled independence.

Market-competitive salary reflective of experience and seniority.
