Estia Health is seeking a Residential Aged Care Manager to lead clinical and operational excellence across our Sunshine Coast region homes. You will report to the Home Head and use your nursing leadership to enhance resident wellbeing and family satisfaction.

As Second In Command, you will supervise care teams, oversee budgets, ensure compliance, drive care programs, and mentor staff to deliver compassionate, person-centred care in a compliant and protected workplace.
