What You’ll Bring
Proven experience leading a 3–5 kindergarten program, with strength in planning, delivering and evaluating engaging learning experiences
Confidence and skill in supporting neurodiverse children through inclusive,



strengths‑based practices
Montessori 3–6 training or experience (highly regarded) and a passion for child‑led exploration
A calm, professional and relationship‑centred approach that nurtures children, families and colleagues
