Our Sydney based client is a well-established accounting and tax advisory firm with a robust skilled reputation and a growing team. They are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to take ownership of the HR function and partner closely with senior leadership.

This is a broad, commercially focused role combining strategic HR business partnering with hands-on HR, giving you the opportunity to influence culture, talent and the employee experience.

The Role
Partner with senior leaders on people strategy and workforce planning.
Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding and employee lifecycle activities.
Provide advice across employee relations, performance and workplace matters.
Drive employee engagement, retention and talent initiatives.
Lead performance and career development processes.
Support organisational change and workforce planning.
Ensure compliance with Australian employment legislation.




Use people data to support business and workforce decisions.
About You
5+ years’ generalist HR experience, ideally at HRBP level.
Strong employee relations, recruitment and workforce planning experience.
Commercially minded and confident partnering with senior leaders.
Excellent communication, influencing and stakeholder management skills.
Strong knowledge of Australian employment legislation.
Proactive, resilient and comfortable working autonomously.
HRIS experience; Bob experience is advantageous.
