Coates is seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor to lead site teams across temporary works and structural support projects from our Kingston branch. You will be the in office Coates representative, ensuring secure, productive project delivery and strong customer engagement.

The role requires a hands-on leader with a track record in construction sites, risk assessments and SWMS, plus a readiness to travel between project sites as needed.
