The BUSY Group is recruiting a Program Facilitator for Townsville City on a full time fixed-term 10-month contract. You will mentor participants, coordinate workshops, and connect young people with education, training and employment pathways within the construction and trades sectors.

Desirable qualifications include Social Work, Youth Work or related fields, with 2+ years in youth engagement. You will build relationships with community organisations, RTOs and employers while ensuring compliance
