Tringrove Industries is looking for an experienced Quarry Manager to take responsibility for the day-to-day operation of our Tolosa quarry.

We’re looking for someone who is practical, hands‑on and comfortable taking ownership of an operational site — managing people, plant, production and the day-to-day requirements of the quarry.

The role will include:
Managing daily quarry operations and production
Coordinating operators, plant and equipment
Planning crushing, screening and material movements
Managing stockpiles and product availability
Maintaining a safe, organised and productive site
Coordinating plant servicing, maintenance and breakdowns
Managing incoming and outgoing material movements
Supporting compliance, documentation and operational reporting
Working closely with Tringrove's operations team
Identifying opportunities to improve productivity and quarry performance

We're looking for someone with:
Previous quarry, crushing,



civil or similar heavy‑industry experience
Strong understanding of mobile plant and quarry operations
Experience supervising or leading a crew
Positive organisational and communication skills
A practical approach to solving problems
Robust safety awareness
Relevant plant tickets/licences highly regarded
