Key Responsibilities
Partner closely with business leaders to inform key decisions
Run the forecasting and financial planning cycle for the unit
Spot financial and commercial risks before they become problems
Ensure the business stays aligned with financial governance standards
Continuously improve how financial performance is tracked and reported
Help non-finance stakeholders understand and act on financial data

Ideal Candidate
Background as a Finance Business Partner within skilled/consulting services
CPA/CA qualified (or equivalent), with meaningful experience since qualifyingComfortable influencing outcomes with teams outside of finance
Strong commercial instincts - can connect the numbers to the bigger picture
Hands-on with finance and accounting software
Well-versed in financial controls, compliance and reporting standards
Australian citizen; open to a Baseline clearance if not already held
