Tradewind Australia is seeking an experienced Centre Manager to lead a large, purpose-built early learning service of approximately 140 places across Victoria. You will mentor a dedicated team, drive quality education and robust community engagement, and champion continuous improvement.

The role offers permanent full time hours (38 per week) with a competitive hourly rate, and you will oversee operations, staffing and compliance across sites in Victoria and Recent South Wales.
