Brunel is seeking an experienced Operations Coordinator for an oilfield services operation in Toowoomba. You will coordinate field crews, equipment and resources, balancing safety and efficiency across jobs, while reporting to the Operations Manager.

You will lead field personnel and contractors, liaise with customers, and drive planning, scheduling and mobilisation to keep operations running smoothly in a hands-on, quick-paced setting.
