An alternative commercial law firm operating outside the traditional partnership model is seeking an experienced lawyer to head up their Corporate practice, based in Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane. This is a rare prospect to lead the business development, performance and direction of the firm’s Corporate practice across offices in Australia, Recent Zealand and the UK.

About the Position
You will:
Work closely with the CEO, Executive team and other Practice Heads
Lead, mentor and oversee work for the high-performing Corporate team
Grow a profitable and sustainable pipeline of matters by originating new clients and deepening relationships with existing clients.
Drive operational excellence, AI and innovation initiatives, and help shape the firms position in the market.
About you
We are Seeking Someone With:
Impressive Corporate law and transactional experience
Prior experience in a Partner, Principal, Practice Head or Senior Corporate Lawyer role
Demonstrated track record of business development and an active network/referral base
Experience leading a team of lawyers, with a genuine passion for building a robust practice group.
