Newcastle & Hunter Community Health is seeking a Community Registered Nurse to join our clinical team. You will visit clients at home, providing personalised continuity of care while building robust relationships to understand each client's individual needs and goals.

You'll work autonomously in the field, supported by a Clinical Care Manager and regular team meetings. You will have a current AHPRA registration as an RN, a valid Australian driver's license, and a first aid certificate.
