Harris Farm Markets is seeking Store Leaders to support the Store Manager by owning admin and compliance, rostering departments and keeping the back-office ticking so the store runs smoothly.

You will lead teams, drive sales and stock control, coach future leaders and uphold WHS, food safety and presentation standards in a rapid-paced fresh-food workplace. Experience in retail leadership is preferred.
