Position: Radiologicals Safety for Redteaming
Type: Contract
Compensation: $65–$75 per task
Location: Remote

Role Responsibilities
Write challenging single-turn prompts in the radiological safety domain, labeled as benign, dual-use, and adversarial.
Evaluate model responses against a defined policy standard to ensure correct handling.
Write reference answers with technical reasoning for correct responses.




Collaborate with experts to ensure models correctly judge misuse potential while answering legitimate questions.
Work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines and improve AI model performance .

Qualifications

Must-Have
Experience as a Radiation Safety Officer , Health Physicist , or similar role.
Ability to distinguish routine skilled questions from potentially harmful ones.
Robust technical writing skills with the ability to provide explicit rationales.

Preferred
Red-teaming experience in radiological safety.
