Mona – Museum of Old and Current Art in Hobart is seeking a dedicated Supervisor for Faro Restaurant at Berriedale. This casual, part time role focuses on leading the front-of-house team and delivering exceptional hospitality in a rapid-paced art venue.

You will work closely with the Faro Restaurant Manager, manage wine service and RSA compliance, mentor staff, upsell experiences, and ensure every guest leaves impressed by the service and wine knowledge you share.
