SYC is seeking a Youth Employment Coach for the Transition to Work program at our Strathpine site. You will provide intensive pre-employment coaching to help young people become work-ready and transition into jobs, training, or education.

You will build tailored plans, support participants to overcome barriers, and engage with local employers and education providers to create sustainable employment outcomes.
