Brisbane Housing Company seeks a Maintenance Services Manager to lead resident-facing reactive maintenance and a dedicated team. You will oversee coordinators, contract holders, and administration to ensure timely, compliant outcomes for residents and the business.

This role sits in the Assets team during a growth period, with a focus on lifecycle information, service records and value-for-money prospects. Hybrid work up to 2 days/week is available.
