Hireup is seeking a National Customer Success Lead (Aged Care) for a 12-month contract. This hybrid role bases at two offices and leads a team to deliver exceptional self-managed client experiences, focusing on retention, growth, and service delivery scale.

You will partner with the GM to drive client outcomes across aged care, managing a small frontline team and collaborating with product, data and ops to improve the customer journey.
