TechnologyOne, Australia’s largest enterprise‑software company, is hiring a Legal Counsel for its Brisbane office. The role provides commercially focused legal advice across customer, commercial and corporate transactions.

Demonstrated ability to negotiate complex commercial IT agreements.
Experience advising customers, partners and internal stakeholders on legal matters.

Responsibilities & Scope of Work
Provide legal advice on customer, partner and third‑party contracts.




Partner with Sales, Consulting and Management on negotiations.
Support tenders, bids, procurement and contract approvals.
Advise on risk, privacy, compliance and intellectual property.
Handle complex customer projects, disputes and commercial matters.
Assist with supplier, leasing, facilities and employment issues.
Collaborate with global Legal and Corporate Services teams.
Maintain contract templates and legal documentation.
Identify and implement improvements to legal processes and efficiency.
Ensure compliance with policies, procedures and legislation, including workplace health and safety.
