You will take inbound calls, assist with government enquiries, and explain road safety and fines information. Training is provided in office for 12 weeks, with a potential hybrid option after completion.

Requirements include 2–3 years in customer service, solid communication, and proficiency with MS Office. Excellent attendance for in office training is essential.
