VeteranCann is seeking a DVA Claims Advocate & Support Officer to join our clinical operations team. You will assist veterans from enquiry and onboarding through to claim preparation under supervision, providing compassionate guidance and timely updates.
This full time role is remote (Mon-Fri 9am-5:30pm AEST) and involves onboarding, administration, and advocacy for Compensation Level 1 or 2 claims, collaborating with qualified advocates to deliver patient-centred care to Australian veterans.
