The Role

You will take ownership of growing the property management portfolio, working closely with the sales team and leveraging opportunities to bring new managements through the door.

You will be responsible for:
Winning current managements
Attending appraisals and converting opportunities
Building solid relationships with landlords and investors




Working closely with high performing sales agents to identify opportunities
Following up leads and managing your pipeline
Generating your own business and building your personal network
Contributing directly to the continued growth of the rent roll

The Candidate:

We are looking for someone who wants to make a real impact and has the confidence to go after the business.

You could be an experienced Sales Associate looking to take the next step, or a Property Manager ready to move into a sales focused BDM role.

You will ideally have:
Current driver’s licence and Real Estate Registration required
Robust sales, property management or business development experience
A natural ability to build relationships and close business
Confidence speaking with investors and property owners
A competitive and driven mindset
Robust follow up and pipeline management skills
A genuine desire to build a high earning career in real estate
