Caterpillar, Inc. seeks an experienced Validation Lead to drive end-to-end validation for automated robotic MineStar underground systems. You will partner with product definition, engineering, and customer support to ensure quality and fit-for-purpose outcomes in a energetic setting.

The role requires a bachelor’s in engineering or CS, 5+ years in validation leadership, and solid communication skills. Travel to sites and proving grounds will be required as needed.
