Brisbane Tigers are seeking an experienced Performance Manager to lead the physical preparation for the Hostplus Cup team. You will design and deliver an integrated program, oversee strength and conditioning, training-load management, testing, recovery and return-to-play support.

You will work with the Head Coach, medical and football staff to optimise player performance, ensure injury prevention and contribute to a high‑performance culture within a progressive rugby league pathway.
