Victoria Legal Aid (VLA) is seeking a contemporary, people-focused Regional Manager to lead a Gippsland team delivering essential legal assistance across the region. You will coach staff, nurture wellbeing and drive service excellence with a coaching and strengths-based approach.

You will work closely with Deputy Managing Lawyers across Morwell and Bairnsdale, travel between sites, and support leadership development while maintaining robust stakeholder relationships in the Gippsland community.
