At ZKS Group AU Pty Ltd, we are seeking a motivated Junior Safety & Compliance Officer to join our team. This is a excellent opportunity for someone early in their WHS career who wants real exposure to site operations, safety systems and compliance across telecommunications, civil construction and traffic control projects. You'll work closely with management, supervisors and field crews, with a mix of office and in office work.

Key responsibilities
Conducting site safety inspections and compliance checks
Assisting with SWMS, risk assessments and safety documentation
Supporting toolbox talks, pre-starts and site inductions
Maintaining training, licence and compliance registers
Assisting with incident and hazard reporting and investigations
Following up corrective actions and site safety requirements




Working with supervisors and crews to maintain a strong safety culture

About you
Strong communication and organisational skills
Positive computer and documentation skills
A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
Confidence working with both site crews and management
Experience in civil construction, telecommunications, utilities or traffic control is highly regarded but not essential
Genuine career progression within Safety & Compliance
Hands-on training and mentoring
Exposure to multiple areas of the civil construction industry
