HammondCare is seeking an experienced Enrolled Nurse for a permanent part time role (32 hours per week) at Braeside Hospital, Prairiewood. The nurse has completed a medication administration module and will be part of a dedicated team delivering high-quality nursing care to patients.

Responsibilities include nursing assessment, care planning, and contributions to a multidisciplinary team. Applicants should hold AHPRA registration, be able to rotate rosters, and demonstrate empathy and cultural
