As our business continues to grow, we are seeking an experienced and motivated Team Leader to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys leading others, and is ready to develop their career within the horticulture and grounds maintenance industry.

As Team Leader, you will supervise a team of approximately 2–4 employees across multiple sites. You will play an key role in coordinating daily operations and ensuring gardening, horticultural, landscaping, and grounds maintenance work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
