Chase Commercial in Milton, Queensland, is seeking a Sales & Lease Administrator to support commercial property transactions. You will process sales and lease documentation, coordinate with solicitors, landlords and tenants, and prepare contracts and MOUs to progress settlements.

The role requires a background in real estate administration or conveyancing, solid knowledge of sales and leasing procedures, and proficiency with CRM tools such as REX and Agent Box, plus MS Office.
