You'll handle phone-based enquiries from parents and suppliers, with email and live chat support as needed, building product knowledge and delivering consistent customer experiences.
The role is hybrid and adaptable, with 2 days per week in the office and the remaining hours remote to suit life outside work while maintaining service excellence.
