Alzino & Co Earthmoving is a family-owned and operated civil construction company servicing the Moreton Bay Region and beyond. With a strong reputation for quality workmanship, reliability and a great team culture, we are looking for an experienced Full-Time Dozer/ Multi-Skilled Operators to join our growing team.

The Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Dozer Operator/s who takes pride in their work and is confident operating machinery across a range of civil construction and earthmoving projects.

This role will primarily involve dozer operation, however, we are particularly interested in candidates who are multi-skilled and capable of jumping between different machines and tasks as required.

You will work across a variety of projects including subdivisions, civil construction, bulk earthworks, site preparation and general earthmoving.

About You

The successful applicant will have:
Proven experience operating dozers in a civil construction or earthmoving environment
Strong understanding of civil construction practices and earthmoving operations
Experience operating other machinery such as excavators, graders, loaders or skid steers is highly regarded




Ability to confidently move between machines and tasks when required
Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
Ability to read and understand plans and levels
Commitment to workplace health and safety
Reliable work ethic and positive attitude
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Relevant tickets and licences
